These Traveler Terms apply when you book or participate in a trip, tour, travel service, experience, or related booking through MyBlak.

Booking Responsibility

By placing a booking, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to make the booking on behalf of all travelers listed. You are responsible for ensuring all travelers meet eligibility requirements.

Travel Documents

You are solely responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, travel insurance, and any other documentation required for your trip. MyBlak is not liable for denied entry or travel disruption due to inadequate documentation.

Health & Visa Requirements

You must research and comply with all health, vaccination, and visa requirements for your destination. MyBlak may provide general guidance but does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of such information.

Risk Acknowledgment

Travel inherently involves risks. By booking, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with travel, including but not limited to weather events, political instability, health emergencies, and transportation delays.

Vendor-Delivered Services

Tours and travel services are provided by independent vendors. MyBlak facilitates the booking but is not the provider of the service. Quality, safety, and delivery are the vendor's responsibility.

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation and refund terms are determined by the specific cancellation policy associated with your booking. Review these terms carefully before completing your booking.

Conduct

You agree to behave responsibly, respect local customs and laws, follow vendor instructions, and refrain from behavior that endangers yourself or others.

Limitation of Liability

MyBlak's liability is limited as set forth in the platform's Terms of Service. MyBlak is not liable for acts or omissions of independent vendors, force majeure events, or traveler negligence.
