Cancellation & Refund Policy Framework

    This framework outlines the cancellation policy tiers available on MyBlak. Each booking may have a specific policy assigned by the vendor.

    Policy Tiers

    Flexible

    Full refund if cancelled at least 24 hours before the experience start time.

    Moderate

    Full refund if cancelled at least 7 days before. 50% refund if cancelled 3-7 days before. No refund within 3 days.

    Strict

    Full refund if cancelled at least 14 days before. 50% refund if cancelled 7-14 days before. No refund within 7 days.

    Non-refundable

    No refunds after booking confirmation. Only applicable in special circumstances at MyBlak's discretion.

    Vendor-Specific Overrides

    Some vendors may have custom cancellation policies that override the default tiers. These will be clearly displayed during the booking process.

    Refund Calculation

    Refunds are calculated based on the booking total, less any non-refundable fees (e.g., platform service fees).
