Marangu Classic Summit – 6 Days Kilimanjaro Trek

All meals during the Kilimanjaro trek are included, featuring freshly prepared breakfasts, lunches, and dinners designed to provide the energy needed for high-altitude trekking. Meals are nutritious and varied, with options including fruits, vegetables, soups, pasta, rice, meats, and snacks. Breakfast is included during the hotel stays before and after the climb. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and other dietary requirements can be accommodated upon request

Accommodation includes comfortable hotel stays in Moshi before and after your climb in a standard single, double, or twin room with breakfast included. During the trek, you will stay in shared mountain huts along the Marangu Route, including Mandara Hut, Horombo Hut, and Kibo Hut. The huts are equipped with bunk beds, communal dining areas, and shared restroom facilities, providing a safe and comfortable resting place throughout your Kilimanjaro adventure.

Private road transportation is provided between Kilimanjaro International Airport (if airport transfer is included), your hotel in Moshi, and the Marangu Gate, where the trek begins and ends. All transfers are carried out in a comfortable, well-maintained safari vehicle or tourist van driven by a professional driver, ensuring a safe and convenient journey throughout the trip.

Round-trip airport transfers are included between Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) and your hotel in Moshi. Upon arrival, you will be welcomed by our representative and transferred to your accommodation. After completing your Kilimanjaro trek, you will be transferred back to the airport in time for your departure flight.

Your trek is led by a professional, licensed, and experienced Kilimanjaro mountain guide who is fluent in English and knowledgeable about the mountain's terrain, safety procedures, and local environment. The guide is accompanied by a dedicated team of porters and a cook to ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable climbing experience. Guides speaking other languages may be available upon request, subject to availability.

Day 1: Drive from Moshi to Marangu Gate, complete registration, and trek through the rainforest to Mandara Hut. Day 2: Trek from Mandara Hut to Horombo Hut, passing through the moorland zone with scenic views. Day 3: Acclimatization day at Horombo Hut with a short hike to higher elevation before returning for the night. Day 4: Trek from Horombo Hut to Kibo Hut, crossing the alpine desert. Day 5: Begin the midnight summit attempt to Uhuru Peak, then descend to Horombo Hut for an overnight stay. Day 6: Descend from Horombo Hut to Marangu Gate, receive your summit certificate, and transfer back to Moshi.
