Payments, Escrow & Dispute Resolution Policy

    This policy explains how MyBlak processes payments, holds funds, releases payouts, and resolves disputes.

    Payment Processing

    Payments are processed through third-party processors (Stripe, Paystack). MyBlak does not store credit card information directly.

    Escrow & Fund Holding

    For travel bookings, funds may be held in escrow until service fulfillment conditions are met. This protects both travelers and vendors.

    Payout Release

    Vendor payouts are released after confirmed service delivery, subject to any applicable hold periods, dispute resolutions, or cancellation adjustments.

    Cancellation & Refunds

    Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation policy attached to each booking. Platform fees may be non-refundable.

    Chargebacks

    MyBlak will investigate chargebacks and may deduct disputed amounts from vendor payouts pending resolution.

    Dispute Resolution

    Disputes are submitted through the platform. Both parties may provide evidence. MyBlak will review and issue a resolution within a reasonable timeframe.
